How to Make Tiered Heart Cake
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare two heart-shaped cake pans by greasing and flouring them.
  3. Cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the milk and vanilla extract until combined.
  6. Combine the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder in a separate bowl. Gradually add these to the wet mixture until just blended.
